Trilingual - Imbituba week 27

OLA! i'm turning into the bullet point missionary...sorry bout it!  this week we...

1 - had an FHE with 3 of the cutest little boys.  Isaque (a member), marco antonio (recent convert) and maycon (an investigator).  it was so fun! we played some games with them, shared a thought, and then I watched them play fortnite!  which made me miss a certain punk back home...love you joshua.

2 - started teaching a referral that we got from an English professor here that we help teach with sometimes.  turns out his names is John, he is from England, and has the coolest accent!  i'm not gonna lie, it's going to be hard trying not to imitate his accent cause I do a killer British impersonation tbh.  so we are teaching him in English, which is actually so weird and hard for me.  but this will be good fun! vamos ver!

3 - our recent convert Thaina and one of my fav wardies Bea, got callings yesterday to be the branch missionaries and i'm soooo excited  i honestly couldn't love either of them more!

4 - for our lunch thoughts for the members, we have recently started singing "I Feel My Savior's Love" in 3 different languages (english, portuguese, and spanish)  yep, i'm trilingual now:)  the message behind it is that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the same no matter what language you speak, or where you are in the world.  with 3 gringas, it's sometimes challenging for people to understand us, but we have learned to rely on the spirit to touch the hearts of his children.  most of the time that is all it takes.  and other times it turns into a really wholesome game of charades!

boa semana gente!
i love you a brazilian!
