Papai Noel - Imbituba week 32

hello friends! some updates from this week:

- we had district meeting for the first time in four months lol! and i got to see my long lost bff, sis hermes.  great gal

 - casually walked into a Christmas carnival on our way home one night.  got to see my good friend "Pappi Noel" (Santa Claus) and bought some cotton candy for the walk home. bem legal (cool)

 - we have a date for Luiz for the 29th of December.  the only thing is that he has to quit smoking by then...so naturally we took matters into our own hands and wrote positive comments on all his cigarettes!  haha!  seems to be working tho (he can read English)

 - a family in our branch have daughters that live in the US and married Americans.  they're all in town for Christmas and we got to have lunch with them yesterday.  it was great to speak English again, and they brought American candy! i didn't even know that i missed gummi bears, but I do!  the mish does weird things to you.

 - we were in a pharmacy one day when the worker stopped us and told us she wanted to know about our church because she didn't feel like hers was right.  we started explaining the Restoration and she immediately asked for a BOM! it was a Christmas miracle! proof that there are people waiting to hear the gospel every day, and there is a guiding hand in all things.  "...by small and simple things are great things brought to pass"   Alma 37:6

amo voces!
